Delivery statement


The orders will be charged with EUR 10,50 transport and packaging costs (excl. VAT). This is for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries there are other costs. Please contact Enon.



After receiving your order, you have 14 days to change your mind if you want to keep the product(s) or not. If you decide to terminate the agreement, we request you to send back the product(s) within 14 days of receipt. Enon will credit the full purchase price excluding the packaging- and transport costs, within 10 working days, if the returned product(s) meets the return policy as stated below:

Return Policy:

  • If the product is not used and not damaged or polluted and in the original packaging, 100% of the purchase price will be credited (excluding packaging and transport costs).
    The costs of return are for your expense
  • If the product is used, but does not have signs of wear and is not damaged or polluted and in the original packaging, a part of the purchase price till maximum 75% will be credited (excluding packaging and transport costs).
  • Tubular elements, Immersion Heaters. These elements are not returnable.
  • If the purchased product  is ordered or produced especially for you, then it cannot be returned.
  • Heating cable cut to size, cannot be returned.
  • If the product is damaged beyond our control and can no longer sold by us, then the product will not be credited.

Received the wrong product:

  • You have received the wrong product: It can happen that despite our checks not the ordered product (s) will be sent. An improperly delivered product, the product should be returned, in original unopened and undamaged condition within 14 days after receipt. After that, the correct product is sent to you. Should there be detected any faults on the returned product, you may be charged with any fees. The shipping will take Enon itself, unless the order you placed is incorrect.

Before you return a product, you need to contact Enon. We will inform you how to return the product(s). You can call or email us.


The product received is defect or damaged upon delivery

It can happen that a product is defect. In that case we ask you to inform us within 7 days. You can call or email us.

A defect product should be returned in original packaging, within 14 days to Enon. After receipt, the product will be tested and assessed on the specified defect. If the defect cannot be confirmed, Enon can charge you with a research and handling fee. When the product is defect, it will be replaced or credited within reasonable time.



The warranty period starts from the invoice date.
If the ordered product within the warranty period (varies by product, but at least 6 months after date of invoice) fails, you can make a warranty claim. To this, there are a number of conditions attached:

  • The product gets defect and you are not to blame.
  • The product is not damaged.
  • There is no corrosion, damage or calcification of heating elements.
  • There is no question of improper use or not applying the information in the supplied manual.

Enon will repair the product or when repair is not possible and there is compliance with the warranty terms and conditions, you will receive a new product. During repairs you will not receive a temporary product. After repair or replcement, the product will be sent to you free of charge..
